The moment a living being comes into existence requires time. For humans, this takes about ten months, and for dogs around two months. Each form demands its own duration in which cells divide and gradually shape themselves into a single organism.
From 7 February to 16 May in 2024, I created one individual entity each day for a period of 100 days. After these 100 days, I brought all the entities together, initiating a new phase of morphogenesis*, in which a larger organism began to take a form.
Drawing from the Big Bang theory; a hypothesis for the origin of the universe, this process depicts entities becoming entangled and interwoven through explosive expansion, ultimately giving rise to new beings. This emergence is presented through a series of five images.
